Highways were blocked and a regional airport shut down on Saturday when the latest in a long run of drenching rainstorms coincided with especially high tides.Tidal flooding in low-lying areas of Marin County, in the San Francisco Bay Area, left Highway 101 awash and inundated neighborhoods surrounding Corte Madera Creek on Saturday.
