Stray Bullet That Killed Baby Girl in Brooklyn Also Grazed Brother

Two men have been arrested in connection to a shooting on Wednesday that killed an infant. One was charged with murder, attempted murder and assault.The baby was rushed to a nearby hospital but was pronounced dead shortly after.
