Ryder Harrington, a student at Texas Tech University who was from Austin, was confirmed dead by his father on Monday. The shooting is being investigated as a possible act of terrorism.A shooting occurred at Buford’s, a popular bar near the University of Texas at Austin campus, early on Sunday.
