‘Devastating’ Damage as Hard Rains and Flash Floods Batter the Southwest

Some towns received more rain in a single day than they typically get during all of November, forcing evacuations across the Four Corners region.The Fun Valley Family Resort, a campground in Rio Grande County, Colo., was among the areas heavily damaged in flooding last month. A potent storm on Sunday was bringing heavy rain to some of those same spots.
