Southern California Storm Forecast to Bring Heavy Rain and Flood Risk

An unusually powerful storm prompted evacuation orders. Some locations in the mountains of Santa Barbara County have gotten more than seven inches of rain since Thursday.After a first wave of lighter rain on Friday, Los Angeles and other parts of Southern California will see heavier rain begin late Friday night and continue through Saturday.
