The attack came as the American envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner were said to be planning imminent visits to Kyiv and to Moscow.The headquarters of Ukraine’s security service in Kyiv after a Russian drone strike on Friday. The building is just across the street from the landmark St. Sophia Cathedral.
