Texas Schools Wait as Law on Ten Commandments Reaches Appeals Court

Now a federal appeals court will decide its constitutionality.On Tuesday, the 17 active judges on the generally conservative Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans will hear arguments over the Texas state law mandating the display of the Ten Commandments.
