Federal Judge Poised to Dismiss Lawsuit Challenging Trump’s Library

The judge, in halting the pretrial fact-finding process, said President Trump’s claim of immunity could “dispose of the entire case” involving the library to be built in Miami.The Trump presidential library is slated to be built on a parcel in Miami that was donated by the state of Florida.
